At this time, The Alpine Wurst & Meat House ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All items are shipped in a chilled state (32 degrees) to ensure freshness and optimal shipping.
UPS shipping rates have increased dramatically, forcing us to increase our shipping rates. The shipping charge is determined by the total weight of your order and the destination of the delivery.
For each order a handling charge has been added to cover the cost of packaging.
For orders over 20 pounds, please contact us for shipping details and to complete your order. Also, we ship from Pennsylvania, if you are shipping to a warm state that's far away, you will need to choose the next day air option for shipping. Otherwise, you will be at risk of your shipment perishing and will not be refunded. We don't require Signature upon delivery because if you are not home, UPS will take it back to their warehouse and your shipment will parish. If you question about whether your shipment will be "ok" than call us first and we will tell you what we advise.
Shipping rates apply to each "ship to" address. Shipping rates cover normal delivery within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at additional cost. We are unable to ship to postal boxes, APO or FPO adressess.
A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DELIVERIES.
Please be sure to make arrangements for a delivery confirmation signature.
Delivery services will not forward our packages, most of our gifts do not anticipate reshipping. We are sorry, but cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.
We ship packages on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY. All orders received after 2 pm on a Wednesday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost please call for rates.
